Owner
Virgil brings more than three decades of accounting and financial management experience to Minden Financial Solutions. Throughout his career, he has worked with small businesses, churches, schools, nonprofits, and organizations with complex accounting needs. He earned his Master of Accountancy from Drake University and brings that experience to the practical financial needs business owners face every day.
He started Minden Financial Solutions in 2020 to provide the kind of accounting relationship he believes business owners deserve—accurate work, clear communication, personal attention, and a commitment to doing things with integrity. Virgil takes time to understand each client’s business, explain what matters, and provide dependable bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation without making the process more complicated than it needs to be.
